| April.2004 | Stock listing switched JASDAQ registered stock to the second section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. |
| April.2011 | Yokohama global office opened. Some head office sales sections trandferred to the Yokohama global office. |
| March.2012 | Stocks delisted due to conversion of the company into a wholly owned NHK Spring subsidary. |
